While we have had positive experiences in the past, this morning's experience was terrible. I understand that being New Year's day, they might have had limited staff, but they were terribly understaffed resulting in cold food and poor service!
Awesome place for breakfast! Love how it's decorated. A lot of the food is natural or organic. Service.....excellent. Prices are a little high, but that's everywhere nowadays days. I like how they use glassware. No paper, plastic, except straws. If you have a takeout container, it's in a disposable carton and not plastic or Styrofoam. Will have to try lunch!
Long wait for table. Longer wait for food. Some of which arrived like warm or incorrectly cooked. Waiter did offer to redo which we refused due to the time it would take. Later he gave us a $20 gift certificate which earned them a 3
Meh. I visit here often and it’s gone downhill. Today I went through 5 sets of silverware to find clean ones. For the prices they charge the quality of the experience has declined. Sticky tables. I’ve found hair deep in my omelet.
At one time, this was the brunch/breakfast spot for my friends and me to go to after our morning walk. For us that all changed after witnessing a waiter and waitress pat a dog, that was in the outside area, then come back inside and serve food to the customers. I love animals, but I do believe that servers should never handle dogs and food. There was dog hair in my friends food. The waitress never washed her hands. She went right to the register and proceeded to carry food to customers who were waiting to be served. For me that was it!!!
