While we have had positive experiences in the past, this morning's experience was terrible. I understand that being New Year's day, they might have had limited staff, but they were terribly understaffed resulting in cold food and poor service!

Meh. I visit here often and it’s gone downhill. Today I went through 5 sets of silverware to find clean ones. For the prices they charge the quality of the experience has declined. Sticky tables. I’ve found hair deep in my omelet.
At one time, this was the brunch/breakfast spot for my friends and me to go to after our morning walk. For us that all changed after witnessing a waiter and waitress pat a dog, that was in the outside area, then come back inside and serve food to the customer...
